Realtime Analysis Reports
LeadPro 24|7 Survey Builder provides real time survey response analysis and reports online. As soon as the responses are entered by the survey audience, the reports reflect the same immediately. No more waiting to receive the responses and consolidating the results!
The following analysis reports are available in the survey builder tool. Depending on the subscription / edition, access to some reports may be restricted. The numbers displayed in the reports can be drilled down further to view the granular details.
- Individual Response View: The responses provided by the individual survey takers can be be viewed instantly using the Reports module of the web based survey system.
- Survey Summary Report: The response counts are summarized and provided at each survey level in this report.
- Response Summary Report: The summary report provides a summary of responses for each survey. Open ended answers can be viewed by drilling down further.
- Email Invitation Analysis: The survey invitations sent via the LeadPro 24|7 system email campaigns can be analyzed and viewed. The clicks, email opens, partial response and completed response counts can be viewed for each email invitation campaign.
- Cross Tab Report: The survey response results can be viewed in cross tab format by selecting appropriate questions to be displayed as rows and columns.
- TURF Analysis Report: The system includes a flexible TURF (Total Un-duplicated Reach Frequency) Analysis report for researchers and marketers.
