Data Collectors
LeadPro 24|7 Survey Builder Plus application supports multiple data collectors for each survey. Even multiple collectors can be defined for the same collector type.
Data collector is similar to a bucket to collect responses from a specific set of survey audience. For example, a unique collector could be designated to collect responses from the visitors of the corporate website. Another collector could be used to gather results from another website.
Defining multiple collectors helps to analyze the data accordingly. For instance, the responses can be analyzed for each collector definition and then compared.
The following Collector Types are available in the LeadPro 24|7 Survey Builder system:
- Manual Collector: This collector type should be enabled for a survey in order to enter the responses manually. For example, responses from paper based surveys and telephone surveys can be entered into the system by enabling the manual data collector type. Please note that only ONE manual collector is required for each survey.
- Web URL Link: As the name indicates, this collector type is defined and used to obtain a link and embed it on a web site. Multiple web links can be defined for a survey and used on multiple websites, if required. Also, this link can be used for manually emailing the invitations (outside of the system).
- Email Invitation (with LeadPro 24|7 System): If you are using the email invitation feature inbuilt into the system, this collector type should be defined and used in the invitation email campaign.
- Website Popup Link: This data collector type can be used to generate a javascript snippet with web URL link and embedded on a website.
