Building A Survey

Designing and building a survey using LeadPro 24|7 Online Survey Builder is a breeze. Whether you are building a mini survey or a complex multi-page survey, it only takes a few minutes. The following simple steps are involved in setting up the survey questionnaire and deploying it on the web.

New Survey: Provide name and title for the new survey. You can either start the survey from scratch or pull a sample survey template from the system.
Theme Selection: Select a theme (color scheme) to be used for the survey. You may customize the fonts, style and colors further or use the default look and fool of the selected theme.
Survey Properties: Specify the basic properties for the survey. For example, specify if you would like to display page numbers, question numbers, progress bar, etc.
Survey Questions: Add the questions. The system comes with over 15 types of questions to suit your needs. You may insert pages, skip logic and pipe logic at this time.
Custom Pages: You may customize the Introduction / greeting, header, footer, thank you and survey closed pages using the WYSIWYG HTML editor built into the system.
Data Collectors: Define one or more Response Data Collectors. The system supports manual collector, web URL link, email invitation and web page popup collector. You can specify the properties for each collector.
Survey Activation: Activate the required collectors and the survey.
Response Collection: Monitor the survey and view response analysis reports in real time.
